What does a mortgage broker do?

A mortgage broker acts as a middleman between the borrower and the lender.

We will negotiate the loan for you and research what is on the marketplace and suits you best. They will be able to break down all the jargon for you whilst also speaking the language of a lender with them to ensure you get the best deal possible.

Brokers are usually paid a commission by the lender, so you as a borrower won’t have to pay additional fees for a broker.
