We are paid an introduction/procuration fee by whichever lender we place your mortgage with, this usually varies between 0.32% and 0.35% of the mortgage size, and the mortgage club PMS take a percentage of this. We do not charge a fee for our service.
We select from a panel of usually 36 lenders but this does vary as we review the available panel and clients mortgage needs. The lenders panel can be seen below. There are direct only deals available, which we do not search, and it is possible a better offer lies with one of these.
